Humans can carry past traumas within our bodies - sometimes without realizing the effects it has.   When this happens, it can feel overwhelming and painful. If past injuries or traumas remain unresolved within our bodies, it is often the primary reason for inflammation and pain. I wish we didn't have this, and yet it is what makes us human - all of the emotions we have. It is about learning what works for each individual, and at Revivify, I serve as a guide for potential healing from physical pain and heavy emotions.
