Revivify's Gift Card Policy

Non-refundable purchase: Gift cards purchased at Revivify massage therapy are not refundable for cash.
No Returns on Gift Cards: Once purchased, gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.
Expiration: In accordance with Michigan law, Revivify's gift cards do not expire for 5 years from the date of purchase.
Governing Law: The gift card is subject to all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
Lost or Stolen Cards: Revivify is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards. Treat your card like cash.
Redemption: Gift cards can be redeemed for massage therapy services at Revivify.
Proof of Purchase: If there is an issue, you may need proof of the original receipt.
