You are holistically exploring yourself. It's new and exciting - and slightly terrifying. You've spent a significant part of your adult life putting everyone else first, and now it's time to focus on yourself and embrace where you are in life. Talk therapy is wonderful and an amazing part of your healing journey, but you know, there is more.  Where do you go? How do you trust someone to help navigate through it all? Your hormones are all out of whack, sleep is disturbed, relationships have shifted, and you feel tense.  You can't seem to get your anxiety in check, and your body feels achy and filled with pain that you haven't experienced ever.
